balanced experience
friendly staff helpful arrangements uncomfortable beds weak wifi
the staff was very friendly. ms shapagat from guest relations was helpful with all arrangements. (i appreciated her assistance). the food and services were great. i was happy with those aspects.
the beds were not comfortable. the mattresses caused some back pain and this was disappointing. the wifi in the rooms was weak. (i had trouble connecting).
